Erm, WTF?

Why does this page look 20 years out of date? Why are so many things moving? Why not? My site, my choice!

My goal in developing this site is to use as little frontend Javascript code as possible. As someone who actually makes a living writing JavaScript, this project represents my escape from that insanity. Outside of some widgets (last.fm/recent reviews on the sidebar) this site is fully server-side rendered using Astro.
